At Magic Made Fun, every order is made with love and carefully prepared just for you. Because many of our products are personalized or handmade, we kindly ask that you review our shipping policy before placing your order.
✨ Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.
Please note:
- Personalized and custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of your request.
- Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
- During holidays, product launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
🎉 Ordering for an Event?
Planning a birthday party, cruise, baby shower, classroom celebration, or another special event?
We recommend placing your order at least 2–4 weeks before your event date to allow enough time for production and shipping.
If your event is approaching sooner, please contact us before placing your order. While we can't guarantee rush processing, we'll always do our best to help whenever possible.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.)
2–3 business days (when available)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
🎁 Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts) within the United States.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
(If you decide on a different minimum, simply replace "$100" with your preferred amount.)
📍 Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Magic Made Fun is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We can only update your shipping address if your order has not yet entered production or shipped.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
⏳ Shipping Delays
While we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- High shipping volume
- Carrier delays
- Natural disasters
Magic Made Fun is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your package has been shipped.
📭 Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property.
- Asking neighbors or household members.
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
If you still need assistance, please contact us and we'll gladly help however we can.
💔 Damaged Orders
We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, we're here to help.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We'll review your request and work with you to find the best possible solution.

At this time, Magic Made Fun ships within the United States and slowly expanding our shipping region.
🎀 Personalized & Custom Orders
Many of our products are made specifically for you.
Because of this:
- Production times may vary depending on your order.
- Personalized items require additional preparation.
- Large party orders and bulk purchases may require extra processing time.
